It is funny, some shots just mess with you. I really liked the additional foreground, wood textures and lines, but I didn't like it as much as the earlier shot when I noticed the litter hidden behind the bench, and the flag might be too centered laterally, even though it's main part is in the upper third. I may still try and clone out the trash still and see how I feel about it ...?
I really love that last one ! As you said, the wood texture and lines are terrific !
I remember some idiots saying to never center a flower shot, I love centred flowers !
But in your case, those superb blue mountains are pushing the flag to the right, so it is less centred
