I've had the chance to visit the "Gorges de Kakuetta" in the French Pyrenées.

This place is a private spot with a canyon running for about 2km in some Amazonian type vegetation.
The path is made of rocks and wood, easy to follow along including with children, I highly recommend it if you come close by.

Went for a walk this morning around Paika Station (circa 1860's).... just fooling around. The lake had been dry for over 100 years.... flooded a few years back to help restore the habitat (Lower Murrumbidgee River flood plain)

Sunset a bit after 9pm - summer is nearly upon us
A20/2.8

One of the many piers around our little island. Well, "our" little island. It's where we spend our summers.

Some remnants from last year.

A "gull post" - you need two to make a score, right?

Another typical scene from the island - one of the main roads. The only wheeled vehicle you'll find are wheelbarrows.

Sea/cloudscape from the very same island.
