A Shady Corner

An old variety, bought especially for it's highly scented nature... so here's hoping.

Quick, quick! Open any random thread and post a comment - several comments - many comments on any random image. Post something irrelevant on any thread.. We've posted only a bit over 73% of the number of posts needed for someone to get a free K1, but almost 77% of the month is gone (23/30) and at my location, 1/4 of today is gone. We need to post vigorously, excessively for just one week. Do it! I don't need the camera, but I'd sure like to see someone get it.

My number one goal is almost always to convey beauty. Beauty of the model, of the location, the outfit, and hopefully the light as well. Anything else is just extra layering almost like seasoning to add a little personality/character. I also dislike prudish behavior and comments. Just comes across as close mindedness to me personally.

Duly noted

An interesting idea but I actually don't consider too many of my images to be overly "mature".

Most of it is content for social media. I have secured model release forms from most of the models so I do plan to release books as well as an eventual YouTube channel.

Thanks for the clarification. Definitely was not clear. As far as the image you are referring to I understand what you are saying but it has actually been one of her more popular images.

Definitions are nice when understood.

Thank you for the kind words. I will continue to share images from my photographic adventures.

Nice dress!

Hard to believe that any other version of that image could be better.
Here you go guys, you decide which version is better:

Quebec City: Shot from the plains of Abraham: A series of shots from the same location over roughly an hour, going from Golden to Blue hour. The time period was 8:37pm to 9:43pm.

Please allow a little bit of artistic latitude in processing, the aim was not to do a scientific test, rather optimize the look for each tone of light. Also since this these are 2 shot pano's, some distortion will occur between shots as each was processed separately.

Hope you guys like it.

8:37pm

8:52pm

8:59pm

9:30pm

9:39pm

9:43pm
