This is a nest with a much younger osprey chick than the others I've been photographing. I hesitated to post because I had to really push the dynamic range as it was still a half hour before sunrise, but couldn't pass photographing this rare opportunity - K-1II & DFA 150-450 @ 1/250, f5.6, 1600iso, -1 bias

Same process, foreground in PixelShift (30s exposure) and sky with astrotracer (90s exposure)

Open your eyes

Huge light pollution here, but with the NiSi Filter it's better !

Awesome work !!

Planning to get some Milky Way shots next month on vacation, something I haven't done before. Good to see the night filter does make a difference, just got one from Breakthrough Photography for my 24-70.
