Post your K-1 pictures!

I went for astrophotography this WE, weather was great, no clouds and ...no Moon.
But Im still trying to figure out how to edit MW Shots

So here is a classic landscape shot, woman yelled at me, ask to see the picture I took and while reviewing it on my LCD screen she said : "Hmmm...that's ok".

I presume she wanted to see how she looked. Can I venture to say that the world would have been deprived of some classic works by Doisneau or Brassai if their subjects had been as self-conscious.

Indeed !
The camera was on tripod, took me 2 mins to take the shot, if I had taken the same picture with my Iphone she probably wouldnt care.
This is one of the reasons I want to buy a small factor camera in fact.

A hike today to explore a couple mountain lakes. Quite smokey but not unpleasant up high. Huckleberries are ripe to fuel the walk. Took the battery grip off, and carried my DA*300 and DA35mm Macro Limited to get rid of weight.

And some (I think) black bear foot prints. There were very small cub prints as well.

Anyone who wants to win will jump that on each lap, Dave, others who just want to finish will carry.

And carrying is needed up muddy slopes, such as in cyclocross' Belgian heartland. It's really a spectator sport there, where in the rain they're drinking beer, eating hot fries with mayonnaise out of paper cones, and ringing encouraging cowbells for some reason.
