The gradation of tones in the sky is fantastic. Was it natural exposure or achieved via post processing?

No that's straight out of the camera, that's how they are here...

I just slightly underexpose to make sure there's no blown highlights at the time of taking i.e. no blinkies.

Thanks Longbow!! We are still on our honeymoon, so yeah, it's kinda been glued onto the K-1 lately.

I just sold & partially traded my old Tamron 400mm F4 to another forum member (that hurt, I needed to replenish hobby funds and let someone become caretaker! Plus the trade was something I really wanted. I think the Tamron was a hair sharper and definitely brighter than the DFA zoom, but no AF... I'll prolly have to endure awesome photo's posted on the forum from it soon by the new owner, LOL )

The partial trade part is what will be getting my attention next. (Long awaited FA77mm Limited MIJ version, I need to check AF fine tune and take it for a spin soon. Darn work is too busy!)
Also got some new pix in the queue to post still from the 150-450mm to post too. Good times!

Nicely done. Is that one of those old hit and miss engines that were used on farms ?
