Thanks Eric, some of those shots are the 85 and some are the HDDA35/2.8 Macro (on the full frame! ), I find the LR lens correction does an excellent job at helping the mild vignetting in the corners, but what I would like in the crop mode is another crop mode offering, something in the middle between FF and ASP-C as I find myself feeling like I'm losing too many unnecessary pixels in full ASP-C mode, but then FF is just a tad too much, in reality when in post I tend to 16:10 aspect ratio the shot and then crop in a bit.
SSSShhhhhhhh! Don't let Ron Hendricks hear you!

Joking aside, Aps-H might come in handy as a crop option for just what you want and shouldnt be any harder than when they added 1 to 1 square option, but maybe Ricoh rather sell more FF lenses?
Eric

Terrific photos posted by folks. I have been a wee bit too busy lately but every other day or so I at least view all the posts. You folks have been a wee bit busy photographing & posting so it takes me a day or two to get caught up.
Unfortunately I have not spent much time with the optics, but I will post what I have taken.
First shot "bucks in velvet"

Did not know that I had red headed deer around here. All three shots taken from my kitchen doorway at a distance of roughly 100 yards, 20 minutes after sundown, they were eating apples in my back yard.

Best Regards, Bob

On that first shot the ISO is 5000; second shot ISO is 4000; on the third shot the ISO is 2500. Certainly is an incredible camera.

Dom Luís I Bridge, Porto

Cross-post from a Post your Photos thread:
The FA43 is just brilliant on the K-1, especially on days like this.

The Dom Luís I Bridge over the Duoro River connects Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, and, as you will no doubt note, is a two-level bridge, completed in 1887.

Missed the big aurora last Sunday. Tried my luck after the main event but it did not come back.
Still managed to grab a nice shot while waiting. Was nice to test the Samyang 20mm for astro too.

Rob, this is a lovely take, with the seagull entering the frame at a fortuitous moment and the bow of the tourist vessel in the right bottom corner could not have sailed into the picture at a better time and there is just enough of it to ballance the picture. The colour of everything in the pic is spot on.

Overall a very nice photograph and there is lots to look at, albeit a bit underexposed.
Travel photography doesn't come much better than this.

Cheers
