Holy tater tots, Eric that shot of the dragonfly is absolutely fantastic. With all the photos you posted so far with that lens I love the bokeh, but I did not expect to see such excellent IQ with stunning detail on a closeup photo. Guess I should have expected it after viewing so many really high quality portrait photos posted by others. Man, now that lens is on my wish list, along with the Irix thingy, the 100mm macro & the 70-200. If this keeps up I might have to come out of retirement...
Obviously you had good sun light for that shot...but I have to say...you made a fine shot there. BTW, there is no chance of my going back to work other than on the old farm here. The selection of lens that I now have is more than what I can keep up with, I certainly need to spend more time shooting with each of them. But it is nice to dream about the others...
. And some day some dreams will materialize.
