You're certainly mastering the FA77 for the plant life shots! Excellent work.
Thanks Bruce! I know, the plants don't fuss about makeup and stuff, heh. I do want to try some portraits soon too, maybe if I can get the misses to get in front of the camera for a spell, if not, there is always our yorkie, LOL!

Pumpkin Field and Moon (DFA 24-70mm)

Victoria (FA 135mm)

I just got the FA 135mm for my wife for her birthday. It is a really impressive lens. Some purple fringing shooting high contrast scenes wide open, but not bad and quite small and sharp. Quite fast to focus too and not too loud on a K-1.

That image of Victoria reminds me of some taken of our daughter when she was very young, how both of them could have such wonderful hands, holding their fingers so beautifully with thoughtless grace.

Another one taken while driving down to another town. Luckily, this time I had the K-1 with Tamron 90 macro attached to it. Wish I had a longer lens, but still happy I captured the moment)

As far as I know, never lost... perhaps just a bit late getting to the party.

From walking round the yard last November. Sometimes you just need to go back and look through your shots. K1 with the D FA 28-105
