Love the first shot with the FA35 and third of the mill with the FA24 Frederic! The food shot is nice too of course... but I already ate. LOL!

November fall color drew me into the rain this morning with an interesting kit. I love using the older 645-A lenses on the K-1.

KIT: K-1 with very sharp Pentax-A 645 35mm f 3.5.
Those are neat Ivan! The A-35mm was my favorite landscape lens on my old film Pentax 645, so I am not surprised it performs well on the K-1. I got some great B&W images with that lens too...hint hint.

Dick, you are making that Samyang 135mm sing! Really like the rendering. Are you doing CIF or manually nailing all those? Either way they look great.

Tighter crop of a photo I've posted before, this time take with Tamron 90mm 2.8 macro. With pixelshift, it might be too sharp of a combo lol.

I'd love to comment on them all, but I gotta get back to work. Great job with the K-1 everybody, you should all be on Ricoh's payroll. LOL!

Nice shots with widely varied subject matter. I like the sawmill, but I think I'll take the salmon!

tim60, thank you for the kind words.
Eric, thank you for the welcome back. Love the flower shot with the FA77, just the right amount of DOF with excellent detail.
Frederic, thanks. Love the bokeh from that FA35, gives that first shot a nice 3D effect. The saw mill shot rings home with me. A neighbor stopped by today to help pick pears. She asked if I cut any lumber on my mill this year..I said no. She asked if I think I'll cut any lumber before the snow flies...I said most likely not. It has been a strange year of unplanned events but by golly I will get back to the pleasure of seeing & attempting to capture the world around me.
Here is a shot of this old drilling rig setting in a front yard a short distance from me. I will have to stop one day to inquire of the history since my guess is it has not been used for quite some time...just a guess.
Best Regards, Bob

Stitched 4 or 5 images with the DFA*50. It hardly flares so I had to add some in post.

Same day with DA*300mm instead of the FA77mm...I was standing further back of course more parallel, and the 77mm shot was shot upwards more and cropped a bit, heh.

I tryed to catch the spotlight the sun created through the leaves

Then another with the 77mm when this skipper dropped by
