Wonderful picture. Made my day.

I know the wolf-dog bloodlines split many centuries ago, but that look ! Could have been one of my mutts.[COLOR="Silver"]
Thank you, appreciate your kind comment.

It's all I have really for landscape work with the K-1. I'd love a FA20 for some of these locations.

What I have noticed with the older glass like the A24 is that they benefit quite a bit from Pixelshifting, otherwise the images can look soft. Modern glass for the K-1 can already be very sharp so I never feel the need to always pixelshift with some of those lenses, but film era lenses really benefit.

I have similar feeling of softness of A24. haven’t figured out that pixelsift would help. I have 15-30 and don’t feel like need of more sharpness.

It can be brutally sharp, even wide open or close to, example shot;

Check the sharpness out on those eyes!

However, when I get to using it in landscape shots, where I stop down to f8-11, it somehow feels soft and the pixel shifting assists tremendously. <shrugs>

yea, I have noticed the same, it loses a lot of sharpness when focus is more than couple meters away. But at close range it sure is sharp. further away, even stopping down does not help.

edit, but perhaps pixelsift does
