Definitely. Margery still raves about the beauty along one of the walks she took but I dared not, and she also talks about the soggy bogs on that trek which might have caused me trouble, my balance not being fully restored.
There are also dry bogs there

A photo from a recent trip to the South Island of New Zealand. Taken in the late evening, with no moon, looking over a tarn ( small alpine lake ) near Lake Angelus Hut in the mountains of Nelson Lakes National Park. K-1 with the Samyang 24mm f1.4 @ f1.8, ISO 3200. 6 columns and 4 rows of photos merged, focus stacked, and then stitched together using Affinity Photo. I've had a lot of drama with stitched nightscape shots, but I'm happy that this one turned out quite nicely!

That first image is stunning. We visited Blackwater a long time ago, back when everyone used film, and we did see some pitcher plants and sundews of a type unfamiliar to me, but nothing to compare.
This one? Drosera intermedia. We saw a lot of Drosera tracyi too.

No. As I recall it was D. fliformis, but if not a related species with long slender sticky leaves. I only see D. rotundifolia locally, but I don't go looking actively for other species that might grow in MessyChewBits
