A wee something to brighten an otherwise dull day in the Highlands.
So what are we looking at here?

I see a fish.

A beached Jellyfish with what I’m guessing maybe was it’s last meal.

Well it is certainly an interesting composition, and the colors are awesome.

They did get a wee boost in PP, but that's our secret between just you and me.

Only 2 photos, what's up with that, did you run out of film...
Been really enjoying your macro type shots with the DA 55 and the F 50. And I think that I favor the results provided by the F 50. It totally surprises me the quality of those lens for I simply did not consider them to be so good at that type of shooting. Yeah, yeah, your going to tell me it all depends on the person doing the shooting...

Been taking mostly shots of birds lately and posting on the yard bird thread. Here are some examples...I know...don't need more birds. Hope to get out and shoot something else soon.

Rose-breasted grosbeak trying to hide; cardinal looking back at me; black-throated green warbler male looking for the female; black-throated green warbler female saying I'm up here.

Best Regards, Bob

No. As I recall it was D. fliformis, but if not a related species with long slender sticky leaves. I only see D. rotundifolia locally, but I don't go looking actively for other species that might grow in MessyChewBits
D. filiformis with Rose pogonia. You must have done a tour of the panhandle. D. filiformis is miles from pitcher plants.
