Hello all,
Here is a series of nightscapes from the other night out camping. All with Rokinon/Samyang/Bower branded lenses
Bower 24mm f1.4, 13 seconds, 800 ISO Rokinon 14mm f2.8, 20 seconds, 3200 ISO
It's interesting to me to compare those two lenses and the field of view/exposure differences.
Also, a first for me, astrotracer! I
finally got it working after several minutes of fiddling around. Long story, but I was about to curse Pentax's name until I remembered it was my fault for never actually looking up how to do it xD
I was able to get usable images at a minute or even a minute and a half, but I found the absolute cleanest was 30 seconds. Still, amazing for a 135mm focal length! For someone who has taken nightscapes for a while, it was like magic seeing it work.
Samyang 135mm f2, 30 seconds, 1600 ISO, Astrotracer
