Hattifnatt I have really been enjoying your street photos. Bet that man has a ton of stories to tale. The second shot is nice but I love the first one.Best Regards, Bob
Thank you! Yes, this is exactly what I was thinking when I took the shot. I got more street shots coming since I haven't been traveling so much lately... but first, one more sunset.

Yes.

And this is how we recover from the great sleep!

Outstanding set Bobby! Really like the IQ on the morning dove, she's a beaut!

And don't think I didn't notice that 630mm stuff in the exif, heh. That makes the shots even more impressive. So which TC did you pick up? The DA 1.4x ?

Great IQ & Bokeh with that 150-450mm lens and TC combo, I'm impressed. I've been patiently waiting for the release of the new FF TC... but you have me re-thinking that. Is the AF still quick with the TC in anything other than bright daylight?

And....Thanks!
Eric
The DA 1.4x TC is what I have. When there is plenty of sun light I use that. If the light is limited I do not use it since maximum aperture is F8. The auto focus works real well with or without except in very low shadow areas, which are often difficult to obtain focus confirmation. Since you like the dove here is another shot taken at the same time. And thank you for the kind comment Eric.
Best Regards, Bob

note for Eric

Eric, something worth mentioning is that with the DA TC there is intense vignetting. Not an issue with me since with almost all my shooting be it landscape or wildlife I typically capture a wee bit more area than what I intend to frame. Sorta gives me some room to play. And many of the bird shots are not very close so of course the image is cropped therefor no problem with the vignetting. I purchased mine used from a fellow forum member and fortunately it is a good copy. The used ones sale on average close to half the price new. And I would highly recommend this TC unless the FF one comes out at a reasonable price and that is what you desire.
Best Regards, Bob
