Do you still have 8 track tapes that actually work?

This one had a decomposed (literally be came tar) belt, after changing that it works fine. Electronics equipment from that era has five lives if not ten. I have some tapes, one being the Sound of Music.

That is Google's Chromecast Audio, unfortunately discontinued. It can play your music from google music and your own music library stored there/phone through wifi connection.

I can relate about the belt. I have a belt drive turntable that did the same thing. Fortunately there was a local electronics repair shop that had one.

I suppose the next time it happens I may have to substitute a rubber band.

Saw an orb weaver spider while mowing the yard so I went in to get the K1 and Tamron 90mm macro to get some shots.

amazing camera

This camera can produce results that simply shock me. Here are 2 shots taken lately, one @ ISO 5000 and one @ ISO 10000. For someone with limited experience like myself it is unbelievable. The first photo of the brown thrasher was taken in very limited light at a distance of roughly 25 meters. The second photo of the yellow-bellied sapsucker was also taken in low light conditions but much closer around 5 meters. With minimum corrections in LR I consider these half decent.
Best Regards, Bob
