Thank you mate!! Took me about 100 x 30 second attempts to get these two. f11 @3200 iso x 28mm x 30 seconds. Was a couple of hours.

I actully almost deleted this one as the JPEG was just a big white blob. But the RAW files on the K1 are a dream to work with!
It was a 12 second count away. Must have been massive up close!

Rondec, very nice. I am really enjoying my DA40mm limited with the K1. Once you know its limitations and if you don't mind cropping off the vignette from time to time, it gives stunning results.
I have only used it for pics of the children at play and portraits. It is a fantastic lens for that. I don't post pics of the kids online, but will try to get some nature pics up soon from it as well.
