Deep Sky photography on a budget.

Pentax K 1 (using astrotracer) with Sigma APO 500mm 4.5 @ f/5 16x10 sec ISO 3200, stacked with Sequator and processed with Photoshop Elements 18.

Not bad at all for a quickie. The film effect is cute and makes it more of a timeless home movie. It doesn't hurt that your subject is cute as a button. You should be proud, if not of the vid, at of least the subject.

The K-1 doesn't do bad. I've had a tele on, bird watching on a tripod and hit the vid button for laughs once or twice. It does a decent job for what it is. We've just come to expect a lot... there was a time that only big budget movie makers could do decent quality video recordings, now, anyone with a decent credit card can get the equipment to do movie screen quality vids.
