Beautiful renditions of two places I'd really like to visit.

Thank you! They are both wonderful locations, although the weather you see in these pictures didn't last long

Here is another view of the terrace at Harewood. It's a pano from 15-30 with a very extreme angle largely, but not perfectly, corrected by a combination of lightroom approaches and the adaptive wide angle function in Photoshop.

I want to get better at doing these kind of panos with distortion correction. So I learned some pitfalls here..... Next time, I will REALLY nail it!

No wonder it overheated. You got a big box in front of the radiator!

The same day I went to the local zoo to see the orangutan birthday party I also shot some photos of the giraffes. The baby was born June 30th. Here is a shot of the mom, baby, and big sister.

Running past mom.

I doubt very much you'll bet a better stitched pano than that full-frontal of Harewood, unless by chance you find a program that can reach behind the building and stretch it horizontally while leaving the foreground as-is. Then again, back in the Film Era we never thought we'd get the mythical "telephone wire filter," but now I can and have eliminated those things regularly.

Too right, those phone wires are awful, here in the uk we have electrical pylons and cables in the way of loads of nice shots!

Thanks for the kind words on Harewood, some bits are still not as square as I’d like on the building but the rest is ok, well ok for handheld!

Next time I’ll make sure I’m standing properly I’m the middle before I start, and be careful to get the left and right shots at closer to the same angle. Might have another go at the photoshop correction of the projection on the bigger screen later. I need to understand the photoshop stuff that can help me better.
