I have hardly used the K-1 this summer. I guess I hit a slump combined with moving to a new flat. Will hopefully get up to speed again soon.

Two from a couple of months ago with the A 20/2.8 (forgot to update the exif).

And a couple with the FA 31.

And still no pictures of the tractor.

You are an obeservant man, Racer. As soon as I happen to be near that tractor and have a camera in hand and actually have my "photography mode" working again you will have your tractor image

It's about TIME! I was almost about to drag mine out. Thanks for saving me that addiction... once I mount that thing, it tends to get stuck on the K-1 for the whole day.

Awesome!

You know I like tractors. Actually all machines really.

Like my motor grader.

I'm loving this Camera!

I told the wife I was going out to take some photos and I'll be late home, 300kms driving and 7hrs later I returned home. The night sky was crystal clear and my intention was to find a good place to shoot and wait for the sun to set and try and use the Astro function on the K1. I was sidetracked on the way and it was dark before I found anywhere to shoot so i had to set up on the side of the road as it was pitch black. All pictures are taken with the Pentax DFA 28 - 105.

1/10sec, f5.6, ISO 100

6sec, f18, ISO 200

25sec f3.5, ISO 800

*I had trouble with getting the right focus at night, something I need to learn.
* I did do longer exposures for the ASTRO function to work but this shorter exposure 25sec gave the best result

You did very well, love the astro shot, the tree certainly adds a nice accent to that image.

Excellent images. The star shot stands for me.
