Super images. Especially fond of the fisheye shot. Is this the new 10-17 with removable hood? What focal length will it go down to before starting to crop the edges?
Thanks,
barondla

Thanks for the answer. Haven't had a chance to mount the 10-17 on the K-1 yet. Can't wait to try it now.
Thanks,
barondla

Thx barondla, I Have an entire series of that same Heron, including three shots of it bathing. Wading birds are so used to people they even bathe no more than 20 feet away.
The birds don't do that around here. About 400 feet for egert and heron is it most of the time.
Thanks,
barondla

That one rock. At least partially taken to illustrate the snow on the peaks of the Continental Divide. Single digits (F) this morning too.

Infinite Loop

Mobius Arch - Lone Pine, CA at New Moon 7-01-2019

Due to the need of checking into my campsite and setting up my tent, I parked and walked to the loop in the dark at 9 pm even though I've never been there before. Fortunately I did some research and the trail head was easy to find. There were several other photographers there and I set up. Someone else did a light painting of the arch and I incorporated it into the frame.

K-1, Sigma 17-35mm f2.8-4 at f2.8. 8 Exposure stack. Blended in Sequator for the milky way and Photoshop for the ground exposure.

Lovely photos of your daughter, Rondec. You showed off the DFA 70-200 well.
