Sent to photograph this desirable property again (I did it about three years ago) and to be honest it's not looking any better, it certainly has more structural support on it now.

Here's my poetic version of the estate/realtor agent blurb describing the place.

Desirable detached property, could benefit from some decorative updating and a little refurbishment to the extensive grounds.

I can't help but wonder why you'd go to such lengths to make a template for this... then overspray it with this colour, just quality.
