K1 with DFA 150 - 450 first the original shot I thougt was lost, then edited in lightroom plus topaz denoise, just amazing what this camera can capture!

Perhaps so. I had been spending all morning on the jetty taking photos when I noticed these swells coming in. I scampered off the jetty and this when I got the images.

Thanks. This time of the year, particularly when the tide is up, you can get quite a show in the jetty. Here's a shot taken with the M 135/3.5:

Impressive! The K-1 is capable of capturing fine detail when a good photographer is the guide.
