When I first set eyes on that photo I thought OMG, a beautiful capture of a beautiful woman with a subtle soft warm effect...but I would do that in a portrait frame; take the cell phone out of the image, although it provides a perfect source of light to her I think it would be a much more superb image without it; and as Peter said, remove the object behind her shoulder.
