At the moment your posted image doesn't appear on my monitor.

BTW: I hadn't read through your list of lenses until the post above. Looks as though you've been Sigmatized.
Yes I like the Sigma Lenses, shame they stopped doing them for Pentax. The shot shots on my monitor so not sure why you can't see it

@Urs - Amazing photo. I want to thank you for posting your jungle habitat birds. Stuck up here in the boreal forest, we never get to see these colourful beauties so your contributions are much appreciated.

Two long exposures with ND filter

I used a 10 stop ND to achieve slow shutter speeds on these two images. My goal was to smooth the water and sky, creating an almost deamy feeling.

The image is up now (this morning). very nice it is. Sometimes a posted image doesn't appear on my monitor, and there there was a Pentaxian posting from Mongolia whose images never seemed to show on my monitor, although others were obviously getting them because they posted comments. It may be that the filtering system of my server occasionally blocks some things.

Shot from the car in standstill traffic - Sigma Super-Wide II 24mm f/2.8. Edited in Lightroom with the focus on 'straightening' out structures to either side. Initially the cranes and some trees were bowing inwards.

Shot on the beach, not in traffic - SMC-M 50mm f/1.7. Edited in Lightroom.

An opportunity presented itself very recently with my photography, that would allow me to get back into the motions of taking to photos. My adventure at Ramshaw Rocks, Peak District, UK
Heavy cloud and rolling hill fog, coupled with a and super flat light made the sunrise somewhat muted, perseverance paid off - Video linked below will give you a feeling for the conditions.

Here are some of the images taken on the day. I hope you all enjoy.

Regards
Geoff
