I'd be very keen to see these same shots at 11mm focal length, to see how the FF handles such a DA lens at its widest.
Please have a look here.

I've tried several times over the past month and a half to get a shot of the International Space Station transiting the sun. There have been five passes within a 45 minute drive for me but the first four opportunities the sun was behind heavy clouds. Today I drove 35 minutes and arrived 20 minutes before the transit. The sun was in and out of clouds during the wait and with only five minutes left it was completely hidden. Fortunately the sun became visible again with just seconds left and I was able to get some shots. There were still light clouds over the sun so it wasn't as sharp as I would have liked. I shot with the K1 and Sigma 50-500mm in APC-C mode to get faster burst mode. The transit only took about 0.7 seconds and I got four shots with the ISS in shot. Here is a composition of the four shots.

First edit with 2020 imac 27" and On1 Photo Raw

I´m pretty much a total noobie with iOS and macs.. I just could not resist the temptation to jump from win10 and older pc to something new.. So no more old LR.. hello On1 Photo Raw.. probably. 30-day trial at least..

(DA*200 @ f/2.8, ISO100, 1/125s)

Full res sample if you click the photo.. minor edit, still LOTS to learn.. just wanted to post something new

I always thought of myself as a landscape photographer, but lately I found out that I really like to photograph events, most of the time not for the event itself but for the participants. This was shot with FA 77 after a free air concert, there was some rain but people were still having a good time.
