I don't know for sure, but I think Schneider makes the lens fit your mount. So you can order it in m42 or Kmount or others, and that is what you get, without need for adapter. I mean, at over $3000, wouldn't you expect that?
I would really like to see some reviews of those Schneider lenses on Pentax cameras. I guess the 50mm TS can be good for product photography, close ups with wide DoF.. dunno really. On FF 50mm is not that telephoto, so it probably has more use there
