Focus assist in LV

I browsing manual and cannot find any mentioning about focus assist in LV, thou in video recording it exists.
Is it just turned on constantly by default?

You have focus peaking just like on other bodies. It can be enabled and disabled through the control panel.

Search for focus peaking and you will find the info. Page 54 in the pre release manual.
