It's a singin of K-1 soon will be getting in hands. I think first report of getting it in EU will be in 8-10 day from today.

If case anyone is interested, this official 'Printed in Europe' version of the manual doesn't allow copying text out of the PDF. However, the 'Printed in the Philippines' version that was circulated earlier earlier does allow text copying.

Can copy text from this pdf with document viewer in LinuxMint.

Oh. More power to Linux.

My Windows PDF reader (Sumatra) doesn't allow it. Neither does Google Chrome PDF viewer. And the PDF properties read: 'Denied permissions: copying text'.

Plus (in my viewers at least) the bookmarks in this version are messed up. They don't start from the beginning of the document. The other version has the bookmarks done right.

This is what I see in the 'Printed in Philippines' version (viewed in Sumatra). The bookmarks accurately follow the section headings of the manual.

Maybe it's just a viewer thing.

No problem copying text on OS X using Preview.

Open it up in Word, I bet it won't honour the 'Don't Copy' field!

After reading the Swedish translation I wonder what moron has done the translation. It will probably be the same in the camera menu system... (The K-3 has some weird translations...) Low is translated to small and High to large... Clarity is translated to something I have no idea what it is.

This is EXACTLY what my pre-order lady told me today. I asked her for german pre-orders on ac-foto.com and she told me that the latest infos are still mid/end april... she spoke literally about "end of next week" woopwoop

We have gone from K10 to K7 to K5 to K3 to the announcement of the K1 and it took 10 years so what is another 2 weeks? To loooooong!

I don't dislike it.
First put the transmission in small gear and shift to large gear.
I can hunt for small sodium foods in the market.
When I have time, I will write a book and it will be titled 'Skädes of Grai'.
