Okay, thanks for the answers! Your thumb seems to be pretty busy while you take your photos

In the first second I thought: nothing special. BUt then I realized that it is ISO 6400 and it looks better than ISO 100 on my camera. After it I started jumping with joy because it is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. I will definitely buy it.

Thanks for posting these, kenspo! It helps those of us who are still waiting for our K-1's to arrive. The wait is unbearable!

kenspo, thank you for sharing.

Is the shot of the car seat your car? If so, I'm available as an apprentice should you need one. ;-)

Thank you for those kenspo! I also learned that my computer is way too slow for these large files. Looks like Mrs Rupert opened Pandora's box when she bought me the K1! New camera, new computer, new lenses, new software......all just to sit at my desk and shoot out the windows at a few damn mangy squirrels!

ISO 6400 looks very decent, it will help me a lot on those cloudy days. Glad your first impressions are most pleasing!

Regards!

Thanks a lot for the RAWs!
That 6400 ISO is amazing! I can see a lot more noise in the red, than the black, but very usable! Now to find some portraits/people pictures at 6400 to play with...

Noooo, not that bad. I have kept busy with my K-3

Thanks for the heads up.
