Ok. Got it, and I didnt go into the manual - wouldnt have found the answer there anyway. While fooling around in the menus on day 1 of receiving my K1 , I had set the FX2 button to select PixelShift mode. While shooting I was accidentally hitting that FX2 button and PixelShift would come on when I didnt want it to.

I dont read the manual, I sleep with it under my pillow so the info can chemosorp. Clackers, Presto ... see ?

The info on how to quickly turn PixelShift off hasn't seeped into my brain yet.

I received the new K1 camera and installed 2 64GB SD cards. With my FA lens on then go around to take photos.
It is strange that when I set memory card options to store data on both SD cards (the second option), the camera stores data slowly then report can not save data even sometimes it complete the data saving but when I switch to review the picture, the camera report the picture can not magnify.
I install the card on a SD card reader, the file size seems good but the picture is as small as the camera LCD display only.
If set to other memory card options it seems no problem then I conclude that it is not SD card problem, it's an issue of the new K1 camera.

Did you format both cards in the camera first?

Is that in crop mode though? That worked previously, FF did not. Either way, off to load new firmware!!

I just downloaded the firmware upgrade for the 52, There is some firmware downloadable for the 58, but the site is vague as to whether it's an update or just the original firmware

The official firmware download page still only offers firmware V4.1 (from 26.06.2013). A fix will take a bit of time.

That version is from 2013 and is what I have in my flashes currently.

I sent a support request in a few days after receiving the K1 and other than an obligatory confirmation reply...crickets.

I hit them up on Facebook just under a week ago, and same thing. Crickets. Maybe it's because I don't speak German? They replied to a German post within a day.

Anyone else get further?

In the meantime have you tried 1) using HSS mode; 2) setting the flash for "extended zoom." One of these MAY provide FF PTTL.

We have to wait for a new update of the firmware. A mode works though.
