Has this lens seen any time on your K-1 yet? How well does it do? I find I get really good results with mine on crop sensor.

Yes, it's awesome lens. Very very light, makes a nice alternative to monster zoom. But it's slow. IMHO it's just fine as I have never yet hit the ISO limit (12800 for my taste).

Sharpness is up there, nearly prime like. I have yet to test the corners exhaustively, but for general use, it's perfectly sharp closed one stop down.

I love the comptactness, the 49mm filter thread shared with the F 80-200 (which is ever more awesome that this F 35-80).

Overall, I'd say that if I only want to bring two AF zooms I would choose FA 28-70 AL and F 80-200, but if I bring my FA 20-35mm along, then the F 35-80 replace the FA 28-70 AL!

Those Angello strap look nice! If I knew that brand I wouldn't have just bought Luigi Genius strap! They are way cheaper too which is nice.

This. Exactly. This is why I want a K-1. Okay. Not exactly. My 85 is f2.

Do you by any chance compared leather with Luigi's straps?

Angello hand strap looks like my next purchase!

Totally forgot to center the camera (the k50 taking the photo) with the tables.. I managed the other day but left the aperture closed on half the lenses which bugged me even more to be honest.

Sorted by focal length, except for the 28/3.5 mounted. Yes, I also love the square hood
