No I donít as I follow my own advice.

But there are always some people that claim that SR ruined there shot, and usually (IMO) it happened because they used SR when they shouldnít.

I donít have any hard evidence as it is kind of hard to pan exactly the same way repeatedly and test with different settings. So itís a theory based on a pretty good understanding of how the SR works.
