Goolwa, Australia Pentax K-1 Launch..... billed as largest K-1 event in the world!

Yep, looks like Pentax Australia are not intending to launch their new K-1 in Goolwa, so I've taken matters into my own unofficial hands.

14th May at my house at Goolwa Beach....... Pentax and Pizza........ from midday

This will be the biggest Town/City party in the world "per capita". Based on population, Sydney will need an attendance of 11,300 people, New York would need 19,300 attendees to match the expected number of people attending this function.

There will be free giveaways (Pizza

) as well as various Pentax cameras and lenses on hand....K-1, DFA 150-450, most limiteds, varous K's etc.

If you would like to join Noelpolar and Sandy then PM me to arrange details. Hurry because places are strictly limited!

I should mention Goolwa's population is only 2,300 people.......so with 2 people coming so far, we've pretty well made the Launch record book (per capita.....)

Nah.... thats to canikon.... we will just come together, give thanks to the Pizza and Pentax Gods (in that order, maybe with some Red Wine* worship thrown in the mix), talk'n play the Pentax way, and then depart with our Pentaxian diversity still intact.

(* of course we will keep an open mind to other things, such as beer)
