What do you need to spend money for with K-1?

Ok, new toy is great, but now it will cost more than a camera only.
I need:
- LR6 because LR5 does not support new PEF format;
- new flash because the third party Bolt now works in manual mode only;
- probably cactus V6 because I don't have internal flash as a master;
- high speed really good memory cards, must have - period.

That's my list so far. What's yours?

Modern lenses, when i buy something i tend to go for the best i can afford or the best value, all my SDcard from the K30 are already 95mbps, thwy could be short at 16Gb but the K1 have 2 slots, i have Adobe CC so im cover, my flash is a Metz 58 dint know how it can work but i dontg think there going to be much trouble, for hard work my youngnuos works well on the K3 and they will going to be used on the K1.

So my list go for new lenses, i already buy the new 70-200, and the 43mm secon hand to complete my three amigos, i gonna stop any more purchase until see the Irix 15mm, Laowa 105 STF and the new primes Pentax gonna release.

Well, I'm not moving to the K-1 yet, but I already have LR6 and the high speed memory cards. Don't know if my Metz 52 AF-1 works on the K-1, but it's a USB-equipped model so can be user updated when the firmware is available. I don't use off-camera-flash, except for my Metz on a cable (I'm a one speedlight guy for now). I don't feel too badly prepared, in all honesty!

Oh yeah... lenses!

The Really Right Stuff L Bracket for the K-1 is almost ready to ship here is the email I just received.

K-1 Plate Update
Hi Michael,
Thanks so much for your pre-order of an L-plate for your new Pentax K-1 camera. We wanted to let you know that these plates will start shipping late next week, and we'll fill orders in the order in which they were received.
Our pre-order listing priced the L-plate at $160. But the final plate designs are confirmed and actual costs have been calculated. We are pleased to tell you that prices have been reduced:
• BK1 base plate, $60
• BK1 L-Plate Set, $120
You don't need to do anything; your pending order has already been modified to reflect the new lower prices.
One of the new features that we incorporated into our BK1 plate is a new socket that accepts a low-profile "Quick Detach" camera strap system. The heavy-duty push-button QD mount is quick, solid, and secure. Our new strap of choice is the Magpul© MS4 shoulder sling because it has a lot of features we love, and it is 100% made in USA.

The three D-FA zooms. A new WotanCraft DSLR bag. Gym passes to develop your muscles to carry all that. The therapy to assuage guilt.

A+

It worked right out of the box with lenses I already had but I have gone ahead and purchased a couple of the new DFA zoom lenses. However, the DA* 200 300 and 60-250 would have been all I really needed for reach.
