I don't think there is a menu entry called 'lens information' in the camera.

What should that menu contain?

There are K-1 manuals available for download here, including in Bulgarian:
Download operating manuals - RICOH IMAGING - European Hub Site

Maybe the manual will be useful.

My last camera was Canon. If i changed the lens in camera's menu shows me what kind lens i use. How i can see that in my new camera Pentax K1?

Every camera (Pentax, Sony, Nikon, even Canon) records lots of technical information about every image taken in EXIF metadata. This includes lens type, focal length, exposure mode, and many other items, even GPS data if GPS is enabled.

The model of lens used may not be visible in the K-1 menu upon image playback (or in Nikon or Sony NEX ...), but it will normally be visible anytime you open the image up in the supplied Pentax image editor - or Lightroom, DxO, IrfanView, Capture One, or any other image viewer.

Aha. Now I understand.

It would certainly be nice to see the lens name in the AF adjust menu, like Canon.
It seems practical to do, since Pentax bodies memorise each lens ID that they apply AF adjustment to.

AF Fine Adjustment is in the Menu C>4>25: You can select:

1 Off
2 Apply All
3 Apply One

You get pretty much the same as shown on your Canon menu, just not the lens identity.

Hope that helps. :-)

Only option 3 affects single lenses; options 1 + 2 are global.

If you use option 3, it only applies to the attached lens: the camera knows the lens identity - it just doesn't show it. If you take the lens off, then put it on later, the corrections you set for that lens are applied again for that particular lens.

Previously on the K-5 I had to fine adjust the majority of my lenses. So far none of them seem to need it on the K-1: maybe I'm particularly lucky with my camera!

Hope that helps.

:-)

No, the menu does not display the name of the lens
The camera will recognize your lens each time you put it on

If you change focus for a 50/1.7 to be +3
And change focus for a 24/2.8 to be -3
The camera will remember and know these lenses when you put them on. The camera will change the focus to be what you stored in memory and it will match the lens you mount.

What is the use of this? I suppose it is nice to have the lens name in the menu but surely you already know what lens is on the camera? If not just look. So what am I missing? I do not understand why this is important. I think we are missing something.

Well, it looks like a technology Canon has developed that Pentax lacks. It is a nice thing in that it is a confirmation the camera reads the lens ID correctly.. this would help some of the Sigma owners wondering if the same lens ID is used for orange juice as well at 17-70... But, I agree it isn't a necessary thing.

I was mostly curious as it seems the OP is using the AF adjustment menu to see what lens is on the camera. Which is fine if he is actually doing AF fine tuning, but I was wondering if that was not the purpose but instead he had found a way to see what lens was on the camera by using the AF tuning menu for a purpose it was not designed for. Everyone is giving him help with AF fine tuning but what if that is not what he wanted?

Bingo. It's not like Pentax are keeping secrets from you, the lens name is written clearly on it. The idea of a "photographer" not knowing what lens is on the camera yet performing AF fine tuning... I imagine those poor service guys being assaulted with bogus complaints.
That's nitpicking, not a required feature.

I'm sure that I see him, but that the camera sees it?

Yes. The camera knows what lens is mounted. The camera 'sees him'.
