The stuff that can be saved as a 'user mode' is listed on page 101 of the English manual (actually 103 in the PDF file). It is found in the index as 'save user mode' and not as 'user mode'...

I see enoeske already answered, but just setup your camera however you normally would for multiple exposure (change it in drive mode), set iso and aperture to where you want them and then in Menu 5 go to "Save User Mode" and save it (you can rename it if you want). I have one for Pixel Shift and if I used Astro Tracer, I would probably have one for that as well.
