I did check if there is a way to develop single exposure image from pixel shifted image. I did not find any way to do it.

Using DCrawps, use the -s 0|1|2|3 option to get only one of the four images. Aside from that, current release versions of DCraw, Darktable, LightZone & RawTherapee still only give the first image as output. To get PS in RT, you have to compile the development branch from github.
