From the conclusion: "My philosophy in writing these reviews has always been that I don’t like to spend the reader’s money and usually point users of existing camera systems to stick to new cameras from that same manufacturer’s system. But the impressive Pentax K-1 has me changing my mind about that. If there were ever a traditional sized DSLR that could get me to dump my existing DSLR rig and change systems, the Pentax K-1 would be it."

I suppose the K1 is *finally* bringing the ignorant and those living under a rock, into the light.
I can't wrap my mind around that sentence no matter how I punctuate or add [sic] comments or ** footnotes.

If this is an example of the educated masses that are looking at Pentax again, we are in for a flood of stupidity here on the forums.

That sentence makes sense if you add just one word:

"The Pentax K-1 ($1,796.95) is the first professional full-frame (36x24mm) SLR from the company since it introduced the legendary LX film camera back in 1980."

I think that was the intended meaning, though I can not fathom how both the author and copy editor missed the omission
and the resultant inaccuracy.

I think I would classify the MZ-S as 'professional'.

It was the flagship and has build, features, and original price typical of pro cameras of the day. To hold one is to understand, though to be honest, it is no Nikon F6, or even an F5 or EOS-1, then again, it is half the size
