Mine decided to stop sometime in mid-September. Didn't realize it until I noticed that shots were under and over exposed.

Is CRIS still the repair vendor in the US?

Looks like it's Precision Camera Repair out of Connecticut

Good to know I am not alone with lousy service. No M-mode failure yet but 4 service trips counting all gear from the end of june. Now, if my K-1 develops this wonky dial fail after white dot party it will end up in the bottom of nearest lake.

Just raid the courier taking it to Sweden for service. Some of you are lucky enough to have service in your own country. Every trip from Finland to Sweden and back seems to take from 8 days to 3 weeks.
