Bracketing exposures

Is there a setting so that when you are taking a bracketing exposure that the fstop stays the same and only the shutter speed changes?

I shoot my bracket shots in AV mode. This retains the aperture have set and adjusts the shutter speed with each shot.

Thanks I'll try that next time, I usually just set in manual mode and with the canon system never had a problem, Just got the K1 last week and trying to figure out all the differences.

Yup, you need to be in Av mode (or hyper Program with the aperture manually set) for the aperture to remain constant.

If you are like me and would prefer to stay in Manual mode there is another way to do this.

Go to "Button Customization" then "E-Dial Programming" under the settings and scroll over to the M option. Set it to TV Shift from here whenever you use the bracketing mode it will leave the aperture where you set it and only change the shutter speed.
