Great shot, Greg - thanks for the memory. My wife and I must have driven pretty close to this on our road trip north from San Francisco in 2015 as we followed the 101 north from the Avenue of the Giants.

I'm amazed by the very low amount of noise, despite a +4.5 EV exposure compensation in post-processing.

Beautiful image. Love the serenity. You nailed the exposure, composition, and processing. This would be lovely hanging on a wall.

Dramatic photos! The star burst adds a lot to the image. 2nd image has Stonehenge vibes. Well done.
