That said, for me, while I love the FA35, the FA50 is a great for all round photography and has the advantage of better bokeh and a great choice for low light situations. For outdoors you do need a good hood to get the best out of the FA50 though (thankfully the 35 comes with a good, reversable for easy carriage, hood).
Thanks Kiwi_jono hope you're enjoying the K1. Yeah the screw on hood for the 50 is a bit of a pain. I do love the crisp sharpness and bokeh. I tend to shoot wide, so sometimes I like the forced challenge of adjusting to 50mm perspective
