#17 in the Series: Sigma 500 f4.5 APO DG EX with Sigma 1.4x Teleconverter: This shot shows how delkightful the 500 f4.5 and the TC actuaslly are as this shot is wide open at f4.5. Even at this aperure, the combination gets fine feather detail. Photo is of a Lewin's Honeyeater in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.

#1 in the series: Pentax SMC FA 50mm f1.4

I'll get the Pentax 50mm F/1.4 out of the way first. It's a sharp lens with little distortion that I use for its 'normal perspective' on the K-1.

This image the Romanesque styled Paris Tabernacle in Paris, Idaho. Very overcast day. 1/250 @ F/8.0 ISO 100 - Lens Pentax FA 50mm F/1.4

Edit: Linked directly to my server now. ;-)

Great to see you here, Rickster. The version on your website has a lot more pizzazz. Looking forward to seeing what else you have in the locker.

cheers

Thank you Adrian. The one on my server is the same one I uploaded to my post above. Apparently Pentax Forums does a wee bit of compressing of uploaded images. Something to keep in mind. By the way, is cropping allowed? I have an 8mm Samyang that can be cropped to eliminate the vignetting I get on the full frame otherwise I will have to use my 'Lady' Pentax 20mm as my widest ;-)

#2 in the series: Pentax SMC D FA 100mm f2,8 WR Macro

Here is my alternate use for this excellent macro, architectural detail. I think it does a good job.
