Bracketing with 2-sec timer?

Is there a way to make the K1 use the two-second timer when bracketing? Every Pentax I've owned has used a two-second timer (with a mirror pre-flip) for the bracketing/timer setting, but the K1 uses a 12-second countdown, then takes three photos in a row without a pause.

I got this!

Go to Bracketing under the drive mode select screen.

While hovering over Bracketing + Timer, press the info button

Select 2s timer.

lithedreamer,

You may have saved me from boxing this camera up and sending it back!!! Thank you! Is that in the manual? I don't think I would have figured that one out. However, I just noticed that the same method is used for the multi-exposure modes that follow bracketing in that menu... so maybe I would have eventually tried the info button while on bracketing/timer setting... or... probably not

No idea! I didn't actually know it was possible, I just turned on my camera and poked around haha.

Pentax uses a lot of the same design language, so it's very similar to customising filters.
