It was definitely average-mode which I used. It produced the "ND-look" of long exposures as it should. I sent my camera to full-spectrum conversion so I cannot try again at the moment. Let's see when I get it back (if it still works ;D).

Thanks for sharing. A useful topic to learn from. I didn't use this multi-exposure mode anymore because I wasn't too happy with the results, but now I have reasons to try again.
