There is very, very little on the market in any mount that can beat the Samyang 135mm F2.
And whatever is able to beat it, will do so only by a tiny margin which I bet not a single user in a forum would ever be able to tell even in direct side-by--side visual tests on real world subjects.

The 100mm WR is sharper than the DFA*70–200 and others if you consider that it has much less falloff towards the edges and through different apertures. In the center at f/8 there is no difference but at f/4 in the edges it gets ahead quite a lot. The 70-200 has better colours though. I compared them with the DA*55, DA 35ltd, FA43ltd, 24-70 and 60-250. I don‘t know about the 50mm macro, I have never used it.

The Sigma Art 35/1.4 is the sharpest wide open of any lens I've used.

Stopped down a bit the FA31, FA43, DA*55, DFA100WR, DFA*70-200 and DA*300 are more than sharp enough for anything I can envisage.

Conversely, the Lomography Daguerreotype Achromat 64/2.9 is easily the unsharpest lens I've used

I will continue Samyang rampage - 12/2.8 fisheye is the sharpest wide angle I have used in the center of the image. Good copy is good all the way up to the edges but most are plagued with lens skew so that either right or left side is good/bad.
