Howdy everyone,
Yesterday I read a few articles saying that the K-1 wasn´t sharp at all, not just with one lens, but with pro line lenses as well
Is that true?

Simple question deserves a simple answer: no it's not true. The K-1 is capable of producing extremely detailed photos (see the review).

Anyone who says the K-1 isn't sharp has probably forgotten to adjust the diopter in the view finder to suit their eyesight.

Images from my K-1 can be so sharp they are too hazardous to view without adequate eye protection.

You need to listen less (to naysayers or whatever source you have) and see more...

Bollocks. I do not even shoot raw with my K-1. Just tweaked jpg settings to my liking and not even to the extremes. Pictures are as good as FF can get even two years after the camera's release. My limited and other lenses produce stunning photos with the K-1.
So I think whoever wrote that the K-1 is not sharp is either paid by competitors or just plain stupid by birth and is therefore uncurable.

I think perhaps you need new lenses for your glasses. There is a dedicated K-1 thread on this site, have you bothered to look at it ?

The whole idea of a camera not being sharp is wrong. Lenses are sharp or not.
