Can I use the XQD card in the Pentax K1?

No. Pentax DSLRs are using SD cards (the only exception being the old *istD, which needs CF cards).

As far as I know, the only cameras that currently use the XQD card are the Nikon D4, D4s, D5, D850 and D500. Sony had a prosumer camcorder, the PXW-Z100, which also used the XQD.

AFAIK the K1 will accept SD, SDHC and SDXC cards only.
