My camera arrived last week and I went out to a location I had scouted before to take some shots.
Sadly due to a new mining complex, (or Secret Military Base, or UFO landing site) there was way too much light pollution. But I did take some shots at different ISO's to share.
I hope this is useful. Maybe it is, maybe it is not.
All images taken on the Pentax K-1 Mark II. Using a Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 Lens.
I did some edits in Iighroom on the ISO6400 image then synced all the edits to the other images.
The only custom edit I did per image was the exposure as each one needed to be unique due to the changes in ISO
20 second shots at the selected ISO.
Images were cropped to about 1:1 for viewing noise.
ISO3200
ISO5000
ISO6400
ISO8000
ISO10000

ISO12800
ISO16000
Here is the uncropped image at ISO8000. You can see the lovely light pollution to the east.
And for fun, this is a 20 image stack from ISO6400 at 15 seconds. Using Sequator.
